ABSTRACT
In this research, mononuclear cells from cord blood were modified with 3mg/ml, 6mg/ml and 12mg/ml methoxy polyethylene glycol (mPEG) respectively. The cell surface antigens and the ability of CFU GM proliferation of mPEG modified cord blood lymphocytes were analyzed.
