ABSTRACT
To assess the expression of peripheral blood CD62P in patients with non-small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance, peripheral blood CD62P content in 75 patients with lung cancer was detected by immune-flow-cytometry. Among them 45 patients with lung cancer were subjected to comparison of the CD62P contents between pre-operation and post-operation, and comparison with those of 30 normal donors.
