The pathogenesis of migraine has not been clarified yet.The cnrrent dominate theories on the pathogenesis of migraine includedvasogenic theory,neurogenic theory,biochemical factors,genetic factors,and infection factors.Study progress migraine in recent years was summarized in the paper.
