ABSTRACT

Objective To compare the efficiency of seretide plus montelukast and seretide only on patients with severe persistent asthma. Methods Fifty patients with severe persistent asthma were randomly divided into two groups treated with seretide plus montelukast or seretide only for 12 weeks. The pulmonary function and clinical symptom before and after treatment were observed in two groups.
