ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the relation between the changes of plasma TpP and D-dimer in patients with acute cerebral infarction( ACI).Methods D-dimer and thrombus precursor protein (TpP) levels in plasma of 55 cases with ACI during early phase and 25 normal healthy subjects were detected,and 24/55 cases were measured dynamically. D-dimer levels were detected by automated latex D-dimer immunoassay.
