ABSTRACT
Objective:
To discuss the efficacy of early rehabilitation nursing for arthrogryposis and shoulder-hand syndrome in stroke patients.Methods:
100 cases of stroke patients were divided into intervention group and control group(each group 50). Patients in the control group received the regular nursing for stroke, while psychological nursing, continuous passive motion, and proper position were implemented in addition in the the intervention group. Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA), activities of daily living (ADL) were used to evaluate the functional movement of the hand (seven items with a total score of 14) after 6 weeks. The modified Ashworth scale (MAS) and the modified rankin scale (MRS) were also observed based on symptom scoring.Results:
The intervention group had significant difference in limb spasmand pain of shoulder joint compared with the control group(t=11.200,t=12.651;P<0.05). And early rehabilitation nursing was able to improve the locomotive function and daily life ability of the patients.Conclusion:
Early rehabilitation nursing for arthrogryposis and shoulder-hand syndrome play a vital role in improving the living quality of stroke patients and making then return to the society.
