Objective To obtain the role about NF-?B in pathogenesis of endometriosis.Methods We used LPS and LPS+PDTC to intervene normal,eutopic and ectopic endometriotic cells.After collecting cells,we detected the density of NF-?B with WestBlot.Results(1)Comparing with the eutopic and ectopic endometriotic cells,protein NF-?B was the lest expression in the endometrial cells.The difference had uncommonly statistical significance(P
