ABSTRACT

The content of schizandrin, A and B in Fructus Schisandrae and its preparation——Gengnianan has been determined by HPLC on YWG C_(18) column. Mobile phase consists of acetonitrile and water (7050). Detection is at 254nm with the UV detector.
