Determination of kaempferol and quercetinum from Jindan Tablet by HPLC / 中成药

ABSTRACT

AIM: To determine the contents of kaempferol and quercetinum in Jindan Tablet(Herba Lysimachiae,Rhizoma et Radix Polygoni Cuspidati,etc).by HPLC. METHODS: The determination was carried out with Symmertry C_(18) column.The mobile phase consisted of CH_3OH-0.4%H_3PO_4(50∶50) and the flow rate was 1 mL?min~(-1).The column temperature was at 25 ℃ and the detective wavelength was at 360 nm. RESULTS: The contents of kaempferol and quercetinum could be determined by HPLC.The linear concentration was in the range of 0.018-0.539 ?g for kaempferol and 0.005 38-0.161 4 ?g for quercetinum.The average recoveries were(94.0%) and 96.8%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple and accurate and can be used to control the quality of Jindan Tablet.
