ABSTRACT
Objective:
To investigate the clinical value of immature reticulocyte count in early monitoring the suppression of bone marrow function in patients with chest tumor during postoperative chemotherapy.Methods:
Forty-one patients with chest tumor(22 with lung cancer?19 with esophagus cancer) received chemotherapy after radical operation.Several indexes including reticulocyte count and white blood cell(WBC) were detected with sysmex SE-9000 automated analyzer during the procedure of postoperative chemotherapy.Results:
