ABSTRACT
Objective To study the protective effects of vitamin E(VE) on injury to male reproductive function in tail-suspended rats. Method Thirty adult male Spraque-Dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into three groupscontrol, TS (tail-suspension) and VE+TS groups. TS and VE+TS groups were tail-suspended for 14 d,and VE was given orally to VE+TS group during tail-suspension. After the treatment, weight and morphology of testes, quality and amount of sperm, as well as serum hormones were observed.
