ABSTRACT

Objective:To observe the change of myocardial cell and matrix in the rats with type 2 diabetes and to approach the construction method of diabetic cardiomyopathy models in wistar rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method:Sixteen wistar rats of 6 months were randomly divided into normal group(N)and diabetic group(D),with eight rats in each group.Euglycemic insulin clamp technique(EICT)was used to determine insulin resistance(IR).Heart weight(HW)and body weight(BW)of each rat were measured to ratio HW and BW,The apoptosis of myocardial cell was evaluated by TUNEL.,and the ultramicrostructure of.myocardial cell and construction of heart were observed.And immunohistochemistry (SABC method) was used to measure the level of Ⅰand Ⅲ types of collagen protein.Results:compared with group(N),GIR of group(D) was remarkably lower(P
