ABSTRACT
Objective:
To improve the radiological diagnosis of breast disease.Methods:
Fourty-seven cases of breast disease which were misdiagnosed by molybdenum mammography and confirmed by surgical pathology were retrospetively analyzed.Results:
Twenty-six malignant cases were misdiagnosed as benign(group A).Twenty-one benign cases were misdiagnosed as malignant(group B).The mammographic findings in group A were mass(15 cases),nodule(5 casas),roundish and sheetlike image(2 casas),and no abnormal sign (4 casas).The mammographic findings in group B were mass(11 casas),nodule(6 casas),radial scars(1 casa),sheetlike image(1 casa)and calcification(2 casas).Conclusion:
By analyzing mammographic findings and emphasizing the diagnosis combined with clinical data and color-ultrasonics,we could decrease misdiagnosis and improve the diagnostic level.
