ABSTRACT
Objective:
To study the effect of different cell culture densities and sera on growth of mice bone marrow stromal cells in vitro.Methods:
Bone marrow stromal cells were cultured in DMEM/F12 containing different cell densities and sera.The rate of adhered cells,cell viability by trypan blue test,proliferation of bone marrow stromal cells by MTT and cell morphological structure with light microscope were observed.Results:
The cultured cells proliferated well in DMEM/F12 containing 10%~20% sera and the densities of 1~4?106/ml.It prolifrated better in horse serum than fetal bovine serum(P
