ABSTRACT
AIM:
To approach on the clinical effects of the treatment of frequently recurrent transient ischemic attack(TIA) with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Diphyridamole Injection.METHODS:
66 patients with frequently recurrent TIA were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group on average.The former group was treated with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Diphyridamole Injection given at a dose of 20 mL through vein,the other group was treated with intravenous Danshen Injection given at a dose of 20 mL and oral Aspirin daily.Then the clinical effects and the hemorheology were evaluated.RESULTS:
The clinical rate of speed control(73.7%) of treatmeat group was markedly better than that of the other one(25.0%),while there was statistical significance in hemorheology compared with that of before treatment(P
