Comparative study on the effect of polysaccharide sulfate and amlodipine for renal hemodynamics in dogs / 中国海洋药物

ABSTRACT

To comparative study the effect of polysaccharide sulfate (PSS) and amlodipine on renal hemodynamics in dogs. The kidney was denervated, PSS or amlodipine was injected through renal artery. Renal hemodynamic parameters, including mean arterial pressure, renal blood flow, glomerular filtration, urine flow, et al, were measured. Both PSS and amlodipine significantly increased renal blood flow and urine flow (P
