ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:
To determine the contents of Cu,Zn and Mn in Ejiao,a kind of Chinese traditional medicine.METHOD:
The contents of Cu,Zn and Mn were determined by derivative flame atomic absorption spectrometry (DFAAS) after digested by HNO3-HClO4.RESULTS:
The contents of Cu,Zn and Mn were 10.48,12.38 and 18.09μg.g-1 respectively.CONCLUSIONS:
The DFAAS possesses higher sensitivities,lower detection limits and better precision.
