With No.1 Military Project, ambulatory fee department can't determine the situation of ambulatory expenses, such as personal expenses, sums of all types of fees as well as their distribution in different departments. This paper develops an ambulatory expenses inquiry and statistics system for free patients on the basis of PowerBuilder 8.0.
