Construction and Management of Medical Engineering Department in Military Hospital / 医疗卫生装备

ABSTRACT

The military hospital's department of medical engineering is limited by authorized size and system.The existing problems in the construction of department of medical equipment are analyzed and some suggestions are given.The construction of department of medical equipment should be made up of three parts equipment repairing department,medical metrology department and archives department.The construction is also discussed in such aspects as the rules,methods,goals,human resource management,engineer's training program,and reparing mode.
