It is associated with impairments quality of life even in mild cases, while in severe cases it excess mortality .Oral manifestations of psoriasis are rare and has various clinical presentations which are often difficult to diagnose. Oral psoriasis is a rare entity that might be confused with other oral mucous membrane dermatoses; hence, it should be considered under differential diagnosis of oral mucous membrane disorders and confirmed histo-pathologically.
