Objective To investigate the expression pattern of hypoxia inducible factor-1?(HIF-1?) in fetal vertebra development of the mouse. Methods The development of mouse fetal vertebra was observed dynamically,and the expression of HIF-1? mRNA at various stages was also detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.
