Design and application of disease reporting management system for hospital / 医疗卫生装备

ABSTRACT

Objective To develop a disease reporting management system to enhance the timeliness and accuracy of disease reporting so as to promote hospital public health management.Methods The system was designed with VS2010 and SQL Server 2008,which was gifted with the functions of filling in the report card,auditing,uploading,statistics and training.Windows service program developed with.net 4.0 selected qualified patient information periodically,and then the information was transmitted to ActiveMQ server which sent message to the doctor station to remind the doctor to fill in the report card.Results The system contributed to standardizing working flow,establishing study platform,enhancing working efficiency,avoiding missed report of infectious diseases and enhancing the rate of reporting other diseases.Conclusion The system has easy operation,maintenance and extension,and is worthy promoting for reporting management of infectious diseases.
