OBJECTIVE:
To observe the therapeutic effect of reptilase combined with omeprazole in treating severe cran?iocerebral injury complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.METHODS:
A total of178patients were randomly di?vided into2groups,treatment group were treated with reptilase in combination with omeprazole and control group received single omeprazole with3days.RESULTS:
