ABSTRACT

Objective:Infection with CVB3 may cause severe cardiovascular disease. The mechanisms are not clear,cytokines may have immportant functions,but which kind of cells are they come from is not known well, myocardial fibroklasts is the main cells.The cytokines were determined after infection with CVB3.Methods:IL 6, IL 8, IL 1?, IL 1? and TNF ? in the supernate were measured with ELISA.
