ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the association between a 27-bp variable number of tandem repeat(VNTR) polymorphism of the endothetial nitric-oxide synthase(eNOS)gene and transient ischemic attack(TIA) of brain.Methods Polymerase chain reaction was performed for the genotypes of all patients and control subjects.Data were compared between patients and control subjects using ?~(2)test.
