AIM: To probe the effect of azelastine hydrochloride on experimental asthma and its mechanism. METHODS: Experimental asthma models of guinea pigs induced by histamine and acetylcholine in vivo as well as guinea pig tracheal spirals in vitro were used in this experiment.
