ABSTRACT
Objective:
To establish the quality standard for Qiankun Liquid.Methods:
Fructus Lycii、Fructus Cnidii、Radix Ginseng in Qiankun Liquid were identified by TLC, and the content of icariin was determined by HPLC.Results:
Fructus Lycii、Fructus Cnidii、Radix Ginseng could be identified by TLC. Icariin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.126～1.008?g, r =0.9999.Conclusion:
The method is accurate and can be used for the quality control of Qiankun Liquid.
