ABSTRACT
Objective:
To establish a method to determine the serum concentration of FA.Methods:
The serum concentration of FA in rat was determined by fluorospectrophotometry and pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by computer.Results:
The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.6～40?g?mL -1 with r =0.9987. The limit of identification was 0.2 ?g?mL -1 . The RSD (%) in within day and between days were no more than 2.5%. The recovery of FA was 100.49% . The pharmacokinetic behavior of FA showed zero order absorption.Conclusion:
Flavohumic acid ointment was a ideal preparation with stable and lasting potency.
