Analysis of Psychological Stress Status and Related Factors of the city′s pluripara / 中国实用护理杂志

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the prevalence and influencing factors of psychological stress among pregnant women during second child or more child pregnancy. Methods Using self-designed questionnaire,according to the unified into the standard for pregnant women in a hospital obstetrics and gynecology clinic for pluripara and primipara 12 ratio to investigate from January 1,2016 to October 31, 2016.SPSS17.0 was used to sort and statistical analyze the data. Results The total pregnancy pressure was not,the score was 1.79±0.44,but the score of factor 2 was 2.19±0.69,the mean over 2,pluripara and primipara were different at stress caused by identifying the role of a parent. 2. Multivariate analysis revealed that age,income in month,schedule,whether spuc,gain weight were associated with pregnancy stress. Conclusions Pregnancy pressure of pluripara is no,the pressure of caused by identifying the role of a parent in pluripara was high than in primipara.Age,income in month,schedule,whether spuc,gain weight were main factor with pregnancy stress. It is suggested that education should be targeted for maternal health,and should be different from the healthy education.
