ABSTRACT
Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is an autoimmune disease involving multiple organs. With the combination of glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants, the survival rate of the patients with SLE has been significantly improved.Due to the higher disease activity, earlier organs involvement and more immunosuppressants application, the mortality of children with SLE is much higher than that of adults. In order to identify the children with SLE crisis as early as possible, reduce the mortality and improve the long-term prognosis through reasonable treatment, we focused on lupus nephritis, thrombotic microangiopathy, neuropsychiatric SLE, diffuse alveolar hemorrhage, pericardial tamponade, lupus mesenteric vasculitis, catastrophic antiphospholipid antibody syndrome and infection to illustrate in this paper.
