Five markers of hepatitis B in different population in Dazhou City in 2016-2020 / 公共卫生与预防医学

ABSTRACT
Objective To analyze the detection of five markers of hepatitis B in different population in Dazhou from 2016 to 2020. Methods The data of 36 782 patients who underwent five markers of hepatitis B detection from Jan 2016 to Dec 2020 in 3 general hospital in Dazhou city were collected and analyzed statistically. Results HBsAg positive rate in Dazhou from 2016 to 2020 was 2.43%, and the annual change of HBsAg positive rate showed a decreasing trend (χ2= 57.274, P 2= 42.482 , P 2= 246.595 , P 2=18.645 , P<0.05) ; 1,5 positive rate (30.77%)and small three Yang (62.33%) in 35-54 aged people were highest; big three Yang(41.46%) in 15-24 aged people was highest; 60.11% people were negative for all the five markers, among of the highest was ≤5 age people (77.67%). Conclusions In the past five years, the positive rate of HbsAg in male was higher than that of female in Dazhou, and it was mainly in young adults,which should be regarded as the key object of prevention and treatment, and at the same time, attention should be paid to children, mainly focusing on the prevention and treatment of the three Yang and three Yang and the total negative pattern of the population, to do a good job of three-level prevention.
