ABSTRACT
Since syncytial endometritis or syncytioma does not invariably pursue a benign course, as shown by the above cases, it behooves the physician to follow-up patients having such histology report for possible abnormal symptoms and signs indicating chorionic malignancy and to treat them accordingly before the irreversible stage is reached.
