RESUMO

A Resolução de Problemas se constitui em campo metodológico e psicológico do Ensino de Ciências. Enquanto metodologia de ensino permite o trabalho pedagogicamente orientado por situações instigantes, a construção de concepções cientificas adequadas e ao desenvolvimento de atitude científica nos contextos das aulas de Ciências da Natureza. Como campo psicológico, fundamentado principalmente nos trabalhos de Jerome Bruner, devido as suas orientações sobre o desenvolvimento da criança, em que parte da hipótese de que qualquer assunto pode ser ensinado com eficiência em qualquer fase do desenvolvimento do indivíduo examina três ideias fundamentais o processo do desenvolvimento intelectual da criança, o ato de aprendizagem e a noção do currículo em espiral. Também argumenta que o ensino pode se constituir através da Resolução de Problemas e pode permitir a compreensão de que a ciência é um empreendimento humano focado na Resolução de problemas. Assim, este ensaio se propõe a apresentar e discutir aspectos da teoria de Jerome Bruner, com o objetivo de aprofundar seu aporte teórico e que esse possa ser utilizado em programas de formação inicial e continuada de professores

ABSTRACT

The Problems Solving is a methodological and psychological field of Science Teaching. While teaching methodology allows the work pedagogically guided by instigatessituations, the appropriate scientific concepts construction and the development of scientific attitude in the nature Sciences classes contexts. In psychological field, based mainly on the works of Jerome Bruner, due to his orientations on the development ofthe child, in part of the hypothesis that any subject can be taught effectively in anyphase of the development of the individual examines three fundamental ideas theprocess the child's intellectual development, the act of learning, and the notion of the spiral curriculum. It also argues that teaching can be built through Problems Solvingand can allow the understanding that science is a human enterprise focused on problems solving. Thus, this essay proposes to introduce and discuss aspects of Jerome Bruner's theory, with the objective of deepening its theoretical contribution and that it can be used in initial and continuing teacher training programs
