RESUMO

Muito se especula a respeito da criança contemporânea em virtude da sua falta de limites e indisciplina. Alguns autores lançam a hipótese de que esse processo ocorre em decorrência da queda e falência do referencial patriarcal. Entretanto, em vez de atribuirmos as dificuldades e a indisciplina das crianças ao declínio da autoridade parental, podemos pensar na mutação e deslocamento que ela vem sofrendo em virtude da Ciência e do Estado, que passam a legislar como autoridade dentro do meio familiar. Diante do exposto, o presente trabalho visa refletir sobre a posição subjetiva ocupada pela criança na contemporaneidade, considerando a existência de um tempo no qual a criança ocupa o lugar de objeto e o discurso científico que produz a fragmentação de subjetividades

ABSTRACT

The contemporary child has been the target of intense speculation due to their indiscipline and absence of limits. Some authors assume that these conditions develop as a result of the weakening and failure of paternal reference. However, rather than associating the difficulties and the indiscipline of the child to the failure of parental authority, it is possible to consider how changed and misplaced these children have been in the face of the interference of Science and State in the family environment. In view of this, the current work aims to contemplate the subjective role the child plays nowadays by considering (i) the existence of a time when they play the object role and (ii) the scientific discourse that produces the fragmentation of subjec- tivities
