Estratégias de educação nutricional com escolares: o lúdico na construção de Hábitos saudáveis na merenda escolar de um município do noroeste gaúcho / Nutritional education strategies with schools: the playful one in the construction of healthy habits in the school lunch of northwest of Brazil

RESUMO

A prática da educação nutricional no ambiente escolar está presente no Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar- PNAE, sendo esta responsabilidade atribuída ao profissional nutricionista responsável pela merenda escolar do município e do território em execução. Ainda são poucos os relatos de experiência, assim como a execução de pesquisas na temática. O presente relato narra uma experiência exitosa iniciada no noroeste gaúcho em parceria com alunos do curso Normal local. O presente projeto realizou atividades de educação nutricional com pré - escolares através de métodos lúdico - pedagógicos. Até o presente momento participaram do trabalho aproximadamente 50 crianças com idades entre 3 a 5 anos, das Escolas Municipais de Educação Infantil- EMEI. Cabe salientar que o intuito do projeto é contemplar com atividades todos os escolares da rede municipal de ensino do município envolvido.

ABSTRACT

The practice of nutritional education in the school environment is present in the National School Feeding Program (PNAE), and this responsibility is attributed to the nutritionist responsible for school meals in the municipality and the territory in execution. There are still few reports of experience, as well as the execution of research on the subject. The present report narrates a successful experiment begun in the northwest of Rio Grande do Sul in partnership with students of the local Normal course. The present project carried out nutritional education activities with preschoolers through ludic-pedagogical methods. To date, approximately 50 children aged 3 to 5 years, from the Municipal Schools of Early Childhood Education (EMEI), participated in the study. It should be pointed out that the purpose of the project is to contemplate with activities all schoolchildren in the municipal school network of the municipality involved.
