Del Réquiem por un sueño al despertar de la adicción / From the Requiem for a dream to the awakening of addiction

RESUMEN

En la actualidad, las toxicomanías y otras adicciones constituyen un campo clínico que ha proliferado notablemente, siendo una temática insoslayable para los profesionales de la salud. En el campo del Psicoanálisis suele decirse que el adicto es alguien que rompe absolutamente con el Otro y que posee una certeza de goce respecto de la sustancia/objeto. Dado que prescinde del Otro, ya que busca una operación que no pase por lo simbólico, se trataría de una respuesta a lo real por la vía de lo real. Este posicionamiento subjetivo reviste un desafío muy particular en la clínica, en tanto se intenta ofertar un espacio para la palabra allí donde el paciente ha encontrado otra solución para su angustia. Se pretenderá indagar las particularidades que reviste el tratamiento de las adicciones, proponiendo un recorrido en torno a las nociones de síntoma y sinthome, en articulación con las características propias del pseudo-discurso capitalista, a los fines de dilucidar qué aportes puede realizar el psicoanálisis en este campo y considerar qué movimientos podrían darse a lo largo de un análisis. Para ello se recurrirá al cine como material clínico que permita interrogar la teoría a la luz de la singularidad que allí se presenta

ABSTRACT

Drug addictions and addictions in general are a clinical field that has proliferated remarkably in recent years, being a fundamental issue for health professionals. In the field of Psychoanalysis, it is often said that the addict is someone who absolutely breaks with the Other and possesses certainty of joy with regard to the substance/object. Since he dispenses of the Other, because he seeks an operation that does not go through the symbolic, it would be a response to the real by the way of the real. This subjective positioning is a very particular challenge in the clinic, when we try to offer a space for the word where the patient has found another solution for his distress. We intend to investigate the particularities of the treatment of addictions, proposing a route around the notions of symptom and sinthome, in articulation with the characteristics of the pseudo-discourse of capitalism, in order to clarify what contributions psychoanalysis can make in this field and to consider what movements could occur during an analysis. For this purpose, cinema will be used as a clinical material that allows the theory to be questioned given the singularity the case presents
