RESUMO

O presente estudo analisa a relação entre processo de estágio supervisionado em Serviço Social em diferentes instituições e modalidades de ensino em Belém do Pará, e as condições de trabalho, impactadas pelas transformações do mundo do trabalho do(a) supervisor(a) acadêmico e de campo. Para alcançar o objetivo proposto foram realizadas pesquisas bibliográfica e de campo, baseada na técnica de entrevista semiestruturada, que contou com sujeitos escolhidos de forma intencional, por estarem inseridos no mencionado processo formativo. Os dados coletados e analisados evidenciaram que, embora esses sujeitos vivenciem realidades diferentes, inseridos em instituições distintas, sofrem da mesma forma, cotidianamente, os rebatimentos das transformações ocasionadas pela reestruturação produtiva, sendo muito difícil desenvolver esse processo formativo da forma como é estabelecido pelas entidades da categoria

ABSTRACT

This study analyzes the relationship between the supervised internship process in Social Work in different institutions and teaching modalities in Belém do Pará, and the working conditions, impacted by the changes in the working world of academic and academic supervisors. field. To achieve the proposed objective, bibliographical and field research were carried out, based on the semi-structured interview technique, which included subjects intentionally chosen, as they were included in the aforementioned training process.
