RESUMO
Resumo Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar como tem sido abordada, no campo da Saúde Coletiva, a relação entre um fato social - o racismo - e uma experiência marcada pelo imbricamento dos aspectos singulares e coletivos das experiências subjetivas - o sofrimento. O método consistiu numa revisão de literatura sobre o assunto, realizada a partir da abordagem qualitativa. Os estudos foram buscados nas plataformas Lilacs e Scielo, sendo analisados 12 artigos. O material revisado foi estudado a partir da técnica de análise de conteúdo. A discussão dos resultados se centrou em três categorias de análise (1) Racismo, danos psíquicos e cuidados; (2) Políticas públicas - saúde e assistência; e (3) Afrocentricidade.
ABSTRACT
Abstract This article aims to analyze how the relationship between a social fact - racism - and an experience marked by the overlapping of singular and collective aspects of subjective experiences - suffering - has been approached in the field of Collective Health. The method consisted of a literature review on the subject, based on a qualitative approach. The studies were searched on the Lilacs and Scielo platforms, and 12 articles were analyzed. The revised material was studied using the content analysis technique. Discussion of the results was centered on three categories of analysis:
(1) Racism, psychological harm and care; (2) Public policies - health and care; and (3) Afrocentricity.
