RESUMO

Resumo O artigo trata do assistente social nos serviços de urgência e emergência e do trabalho integrador com as equipes de saúde, nos níveis de atenção do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). Estudo qualitativo e exploratório, avalia a capacidade dos serviços em saúde. Metologia entrevista semiestruturada, observação assistemática, método de análise de conteúdo. Os sujeitos entrevistados gestores das redes em saúde e do Hospital Universitário. Resultados: fragilidades nos serviços de saúde após a alta hospitalar.

ABSTRACT

Abstract The article deals with social workers in urgent and emergency services and integrative work with health teams, at the levels of care of the Unified Health System (SUS). Qualitative and exploratory study, evaluates the capacity of health services. Methodology: semi-structured interview, unsystematic observation, content analysis method. The subjects interviewed managers of health networks and the University Hospital. Results: weaknesses in health services after hospital discharge.
