RESUMO
A estenose da artéria hepática é uma das complicações vasculares mais insidiosas após o transplante hepático. Apresentamos um caso de colangiopatia isquêmica após transplante de fígado, tratado por angioplastia percutânea com colocação de stents 8 meses após o procedimento.
ABSTRACT
Hepatic artery stenosis is one of the most insidious vascular complications following liver transplantation. We present a case of ischemic cholangiopathy after liver transplantation treated by percutaneous angioplasty with stent placement, 8 months after transplantation.
