Percepção de adolescentes de escolas públicas no Município do Rio de Janeiro sobre a interação entre saúde e ambiente no contexto psicossocial / Adolescents' perception of public schools in Rio de Janeiro on the interaction between health and environment in the psychosocial context

RESUMO

Esta investigação visa um estudo qualitativo-descritivo, com o objetivo de a) contribuir com uma prática metodológica com grupos de adolescentes a partir da valorização da subjetividade, a escuta e o acolhimento do sujeito, como fio de Ariadne a Psicologia Analítica com a Pedagogia Simbólica Junguiana de Byington (2003) e a Educação pela Arte de Read (2001), com o exercício da criatividade e utilização de técnicas expressivas; b) descrever a percepção e construir, através da metodologia, junto com os adolescentes entre 12 a 19 anos de duas escolas públicas no Município do Rio de Janeiro, oficinas com o enfoque sobre a relação entre saúde pública, ambiente (espaço e rede sociais) e cidadania. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida em duas escolas no Município do Rio de Janeiro entre fevereiro e junho de 2009, com 153 adolescentes que responderam o questionário semi- estruturado (1ª. Fase da pesquisa), dos quais 52 participaram das oficinas (2ª. Fase da pesquisa). A partir de uma análise qualitativa temática, os adolescentes apresentam dificuldades de entrar em contato com o universo da subjetividade, e utilizam couraças frente às necessidades de convívio com um ambiente com dificuldades de tratamento de esgoto, coleta de lixo e o sujeito inserido no discurso da violência. Esperamos corroborar com os estudos sobre educação em saúde com adolescentes, de forma que a metodologia com a valorização da subjetividade consiga ser reproduzida por outros pesquisadores.

ABSTRACT

This research aims at a qualitative descriptive study, aiming to a) contribute to amethodological practice with groups of teenagers from the appreciation of subjectivity, listening and host of the person, as Ariadne’s thread the Analytical psychology by Jung, Symbolic Pedagogy by Byington (2003) and Art Education by Read (2001), with the exercise of creativity and use of expressive techniques; b) describe the perception and build, through the methodology, along with teenagers between 12-19 years of two public schools in Rio de Janeiro, workshops with the focus on the relationship between public health, environment (space and social networking) and citizenship. The research was conducted in two schools in Rio de Janeiro between February and June 2009 with 153 adolescents who answered the semi- structured questionnaire (1st. phase of the research), of which 52 participated in the workshops (2nd. stage research). From a qualitative thematic analysis, adolescents having difficulties in contacting with the subjectivity, and they use an armor against their needs ofliving with a difficult environment without sewage treatment, garbage collection and the person in discourse of violence. We hope support studies on health education for adolescents, so that the methodology valorize of subjectivity can be reproduced by other researchers.
