Nesse texto, são apresentados alguns elementos epistemológicos referentes ao processo de recepção e rotinização de ideias marxistas no âmbito dos estudos sociais do esporte no Brasil. Para elaboração do manuscrito, elegemos como caso paradigmático de análise a "família intelectual" marxista dos estudos do esporte no propósito [1] de demonstrar a existência de um "cordão invisível" que interliga as produções científi cas e culturais levadas a efeito sob esse crivo teórico em diferentes contextos e épocas e [2] apresentar algumas especifi cidades analíticas partilhadas por alguns dos intelectuais e produtores culturais que circunscreveram suas análises sobre o fenômeno esportivo no âmbito desta linhagem, atentando para algumas implicações epistemológicas dessa abordagem...(AU)

ABSTRACT

In this text, we present some epistemological elements about the process of reception and routinization of Marxist ideas in the fi eld of social studies of sport in Brazil. For the preparation of this manuscript, we have chosen as a paradigmatic case of analysis the Marxist "intellectual family" of the studies of the sport for the purpose [1] of demonstrating the existence of an "invisible cord" that interconnects the scientifi c and cultural productions carried out under this theoretical framework in diff erent contexts and times and [2] present some analytical specifi cities shared by some of the intellectuals and cultural producers that circumscribed their analyses about the sporting phenomenon in the fi eld of this lineage, considering some epistemological implications of this approach...(AU)
