Authors report the observation of a Three years and half old child who presents three weeks after an acute HBs-Antigen positive hepatitis a Guilian-Barr‚ syndrome. This syndrome happens whereas the evolution of hepatitis was favourable. Despite an extended period of palsy extension the neurologic outcome is good. To explaining the association between hepatitis B and GuillainBarr‚ syndrome, authors evoke immunological disorders responsibility
