A good abstract should be accurate, self-contained, concise and specific, non-evaluative, coherent and readable. If the study involved equipment, describe it in detail referring to how it was calibrated and validated, accepted standard measurements, product source, list of devices used etc. Consult statisticians beforehand, state how data were collected and handled, name the statistical test used to evaluate the data, state the sample size, and power calculations, and indicate the probability level, and why
