Objective:

Cerebrospinal fluid [CSF] has a broad range of molecules and neurotrophic factors essential for neurogenesis. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells [BMSCs] are multipotent stem cells that can differentiate into the cells with neural-like phenotype under the induction of appropriate growth factors.
