hyperbilirubinemia is a common problem in neonates but sever hyperbilirubinemia will cause kernicterus. The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of oral clofibrate in treatment of indirect hyperbilirubinemia in non hemolytic jaundiced full term neonates
