Acute delusional psychosis and new classifications

ABSTRACT

The syndromic concept of acute delusional psychosis remain alive inspite of the diversity of acute pasychosis reported in now classifications. Happening conditions, psychological profile, symptoms and evolution are the studied factors. Starting from two cases of acute psychotic access. About one adolescent and one young adult, we have think about diagnosis and forecast criteria of DSM-III,ICD-10 and French classification.
