ABSTRACT
This report is of a 12-year-old boy with fibrous dysplasia affecting the craniofacial and orbital bones. The presenting symptom of diplopia started 2 days after a blunt injury to the left eye. CT scan and biopsy of the involved bone revealed the nature of the lesion. MRI, though not helpful in diagnosing the condition, was useful in explaining the ocular motility disturbances observed. The condition is very uncommon. CT scan is diagnostic of the lesion
