ABSTRACT
Authors analyze cases of six patients revealing necrotic-enterocolitis and suggest a physiopathologic approach. The vascularisation richness of the digestive track in Alfa receptors explains that the latter is rapidly excluded fro, oxygen contribution resulting in digestive necrosis. It's the case of the majority of patients where a circulatory factor is always found. This circulatory factor can pass unnoticed and, thus, deteriorating intestinal barrier and leading to a bacterian translocation which is the cause of a multiple organ failure. The affected digestive tube is a part of third syndrome. Therefore, we have to treat this digestive tube with the same consideration as for the so-called noble organs at the time of taking responsibility for circulatory deficiencies
