ABSTRACT
This study was carried out on 20 patients with olfactory groove meningiomas diagnosed and operated upon. Clinical and neuroimaging studies were done. The bifrontal approach was used for surgery in these patients. All tumors were gross-totally excised, despite the huge size of some tumors. CSF leakage [25%], infection [30%] and seizures [20%] were the most frequent postoperative complications. There were four postoperative mortalities, mostly due to infection [three cases] and cerebral infarction [single case]. The results were discussed with that of previous studies reported in literature
